FLOWERY BRANCH — The Falcons (0-1) are set to face the Oakland Raiders (1-0) at 4:25 p.m. on Sunday at the O.CO (Oakland-Alameda County) Coliseum.

Here are five things to know about the Falcons on Thursday:

1. 2 Billion dollar operation. Eighteen NFL teams are more valuable than the Falcons, according to Forbes magazine. The Falcons are 19th of 32 teams, with a value of $2.13 billion. That is lower than the NFL average of $2.34 billion. Owner Arthur Blank paid $545 million for the Falcons in 2002.

2. No-huddle blues continues. Everyone knows that Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan runs the no-huddle offense better than most quarterbacks in the league. However, the Falcons have not plans to use the no-huddle more.  Falcons coach Dan Quinn said he likes for his offense to play at a fast tempo occasionally as a change-of-pace during a drive. However, Quinn said he doesn’t believe his personnel is equipped for using a no-huddle attack extensively. “We don’t see it as a featured way where, every play, we are no huddle,” Quinn said Wednesday. “We wouldn’t be able to play in a style that would best suit our guys. That said, we do like going in and out of that speed. That stresses the defense a lot. We did that some last week and it’s something we’d like to be able to do (in the future).”

3. Matchup corner. The Falcons plan to have cornerback Desmond Trufant shadow Oakland wide receiver Amari Cooper when they are in man-to-man coverage.

4. Hageman mum on arrest. Falcons defensive end Ra’Shede Hageman was reluctant to discuss his arrest that resulted in three misdemeanor domestic violence related charges.

5. Beasley update. Quinn said that he’s not worried about Vic Beasley’s confidence after he didn’t record a tackle over 39 snaps against Tampa Bay.

As the Falcons prepare for the Raiders, the AJC’s D. Orlando Ledbetter and Noah Coslov look at the issues facing the team and the biggest concerns this week in Oakland.
